Our content

The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, checklists and other resources, is owned by Out Loud Strategy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may download free resources for your own business use. You may not resell, republish or remove our branding from them without permission.

Information only

Content on the Site, in free resources and in our digital products is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Marketing results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Digital products

Our digital products, such as Volume Check and Volume Up, are delivered as downloadable files after purchase.

• License: each purchase gives you a license to use the product for yourself and your own business. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute it, in whole or in part.
• Delivery: download your files after purchase and keep a copy. If you have trouble downloading, email Info@OutLoudStrategy.com.
• Refunds: because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final. We will refund a duplicate charge, or a purchase whose file won't download or open if we can't fix the problem. To request help, email Info@OutLoudStrategy.com.
• Updates: we may update our products over time. When we release a free update to a product you bought, we'll email you the new version.
• Prices and taxes: prices are shown at checkout, and sales tax is added where required.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or mention third-party websites and tools, including AI platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Out Loud Strategy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Iowa law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Iowa.
